Encryption & Access

All data in transit uses TLS 1.2 encryption; stored records are encrypted at rest. Only authorised staff with strict need-to-know access can view sensitive fields like payment details.

Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to track page behaviour. You can disable non-essential cookies in browser settings; session cookies cannot be disabled without losing account access.

Data Retention

Account records stay for seven years after closure for fraud detection and regulatory compliance. Payment logs are retained for ten years where local law requires; you can request earlier deletion of non-critical fields.

Account Security

We enforce strong passwords on signup and offer two-factor authentication (2FA) via email. Enable 2FA in your Security tab to add a verification step each time you log in from a new device.

Your account is deactivated immediately, but we retain essential records (deposits, withdrawals, account history) for seven years to comply with anti-fraud and regulatory requirements. Non-essential personal data can be deleted sooner if you request it in writing.

Yes. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS details are encrypted end-to-end and never stored in readable form. We do not see your full card or wallet credentials; payment processors handle authentication directly.

You can disable optional cookies (analytics, marketing) in your browser or account settings. Session cookies that keep you logged in cannot be disabled; if you reject them, you'll be logged out automatically.
